The other day the kids were at Grandma's House and I was kinda bored, I know that most moms would love it when their kids are gone, but I didn't know what else to do so i decided to go on a run, it was hot outside but its nice and shaded through out the neighborhood and i usually run around a few blocks for a mile or two. I ran around the blocks and coming up on our street there was this dog who started barking and running towards me, I stopped running and said its ok in a nice voice and he left me alone, I stopped at our house for a drink and proceeded to run the other mile around again, this time as i came upon that house with the dog, he again started to run towards me and bark aggressively, I stopped again and said its ok, and he turned to go back to his house, as I turned around to start to run again toward my house he came up behind me and took a bite into the back of my leg right behind the knee, the picture is 3 days old, so it doesn't look as bad, luckily there were witnesses and when I got home i called dallen and he called animal control.
The best part about this was when we were leaving to go to the dr. for some meds and a tetanus shot the police officer showed up and asked us to show him where the dog was, we drove by the house and pointed,(we were not getting out) and watched as he got out to see if the owner was home, as he as leaving the dog started to attack him and try to bite in the back of the leg as well, he drew his gun and was yelling at him in his southern Texas accent," I'll shoot yur ass" LOL it was so stunning and exciting at the same time, me and Dallen will never forget it.
btw: I should mention it hurt like hell and it was a lab/chow mix dog.
also never mind the stretch marks, they are horrible.
